Filip has been in this business for 12+ years, with over 500 closed searches, mid & C-level, local & international. He knows his way across all industries and thrives in Digital & Tech, Entertainment & Media, Industrial & Public Sector.

He has seen what success looks like and but also the dark side of projects, when people are in the same boat sailing towards different objectives. Filip is the optimist, so he’ll say none of that was in vain, but useful to know never to compromise quality & ethics.
Filip studied Management & Marketing and graduated recently a fast-track MBA program with BISM.
He’s the professional swimmer of the team and the history aficionado, hence our choice of name.
Mihai Băjan
Mihai has been with local & regional top players in the industry for 15 years. Besides the search projects, he has led assessment and development centers. He also took on projects not many would: restructuring & turnarounds. So Mihai’s jumping into his own entrepreneurial experience in the last 3 years does not come as a surprise, he does not shy away from complex projects.

He is certified by the British Psychological Association and authorized to use various assessment tools. Let’s just say he knows his thing.

Mihai is a down to earth guy, however he’ll choose offroad motorbiking any time of day. One of our values is adventure and some really live by it.
