Two consultants with over 30 years experience altogether in executive search and leadership advisory, decided to join forces and transform the industry, adapt it to this time and age.

So here we are, Filip & Mihai, founders of Resolute Advisory. We’re on a quest for people, for partnerships, for becoming better together.

You receive some Linked in profiles and think you could’ve done that yourself. You read long reports, all with a positive spin about all perfect candidates for the job. Or you're offered more advice than you need, so you're still burdened by your dilemma.

This is why we started this business. To give you back the time you'd put into doing this yourself. To give you more that "should"s and "could"s. To just not be "those guys".

But to offer our experience with thousands of candidates interviewed and assessed, a variety of bespoke projects, hundreds of hours of client work and the failures & successes that comes with everything. It sure is more than off the shelf tips & tricks that work for everybody else.
